I'm New

Welcome!

Camelback Bible Church is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory. We are here to extend the love of Christ to all people.  We meet weekly on Sunday mornings to honor Jesus, who has changed our lives.
He has forgiven our sins through his cross. He offers to all who will receive him the right to become children of God, adopted into his family.
Join us for our Sunday services!

Where do I park?

CBC has two main parking areas.  If you are coming to the 9am service, park in the west side parking lot near the Sanctuary Building.  If you are coming to the 11am service, park near the Family Life Center on the East side of the property. (See map below)

Is there a dress code?

On any given Sunday, you'll see people that might be wearing suits and dresses or people in basketball shorts, a tee shirt, and flip flops.  Whatever clothing you'd wear to a public event is ok with us.

What's available for my kids?

Lots of things!  CBC has great kids programs and a nursery team to help with your little ones. Kids are always welcome at CBC!

What if I have teenagers?

We have a Youth Connection time between the services.  From 10:15 until 10:45 the youth gather in the Youth Room, a place built just for them.  Before / After their connection time, we encourage the youth to attend a regular service with their parents.  On Wednesdays at 6:45pm the youth have their own mid-week gathering where they will have some fun together and learn more about God and His word.

What's the service like?

CBC meets at two different times, in two different venues, and with two different styles.  Our Classical Service meets at 9am in the Sanctuary Building.  This service features a rich liturgy of hymns, a live Choir, pipe organ, grand piano, and bells.  The Contemporary Service meets at 11am in the Family Life Center on the East side of the campus.  This service features a live band with drums, guitar, bass, and keyboards.  Both services will hear the same message from a pastor.   Services typically last around 70 to 75 minutes.

Planning to visit?

Ok, let's just admit it: visiting a new church can be pretty intimidating.  Depending on your past and/or present, it can range from scary to exciting.  Regardless, you have to be at least somewhat courageous to try something new.    We promise you'll find some friendly people who'll point you to Jesus and God's Word.   No weird stuff.
